Aigner's front PTO drives are specially adapted to each tractor. Transferring the full engine power is as important to us as optimally connecting our PTO drive shaft to the appropriate tractor model! Moreover, we believe that the long service life of our PTO drives is very important. Through many years of manufacturing experience and consistent development, Aigner front PTO drives are almost maintenance-free! The hydraulic front drive clutch engages at the push of a button. A cone clutch and a multiple disc clutch, operating in an oil bath, are used. An adjustable throttle valve allows for a slow and extremely gentle start-up of front devices without sudden movements.

Since 1981, they have been developing, producing, and selling front hydraulic systems and front PTO systems. Their front systems have proven their reliability in practice multiple times since then, even in extreme conditions. Due to their extremely robust construction, combined with well-developed technology, they handle heavy equipment and long working hours without issues!

They are specially adapted and designed to be able to connect with the appropriate model of tractor.

Depending on the size of the tractor, it is possible to supply front attachment devices with a lifting capacity of 15 kN (1.5 t) to 65 kN (6.5 t).

The lift arms are standardly equipped with Walterscheid hooks (except for equipment for narrow-gauge tractors).

With a simple repositioning of two pins, the standard pendulum balance can be locked, and the lower links can be completely folded or removed.

Due to the diagonal arrangement of the center of rotation, the lift arms tilt inward diagonally. In doing so, both steering angle and front axle oscillation remain fully preserved. This is very beneficial when combining front hydraulics and a front loader!

Particular attention is paid during equipment manufacturing to maintaining ground clearance for tractors.

The holder for the top link and towing hook is standard on all front systems. A modern design rounds out the appearance of our front hydraulic lifts. The convenient standard equipment can be additionally supplemented with various options.
